- Florentine Pork Roulade with sausage, fire-roasted peppers, pesto, and fresh spinach with Umbrian pork jus
- Autumn Vegetable Shepherd’s Pie (VG/GF/NF) with whole vegetable and red lentil stew and roasted garlic mashed potatoes
