Our house four cheese lasagna made with ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and layered between fresh pasta with marinara, bechamel, last lift Vodka cream and baked for you to reheat at home (4.2lbs total, serves 4)

Lasagna Quattroformaggio

  • Bake covered with foil in the oven at 325 degrees for 40-50m until 165 degrees by thermometer.

    Remove from foil to microwave: one quarter lasagna on a high lipped plate on medium high for two minutes covered with wax or paper and leave inside still covered for two minutes more until 165 degrees inside by thermometer.
