Our house baked lasagna gnocchi casserole are made with fresh pasta (Traditional or Gluten Free Lilly’s brand) or Barilla’s Gluten free brand pastas, fresh and aged Italian cheeses, house made ragus, fresh herbs and vegetables and American-grown tomatoes.
How many do they feed?
Regular: feeds 1
Large: feeds 1.5-2
XL: feeds 4-6
How to reheat?
Frozen (not recommended but we all forget sometimes) Cover with foil and bake in a nonreactive pan at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, uncover and cook an additional 10-15m until 165 degrees. Add 20-30m for XL sized casseroles during covered period of cooking.
Thawed:
Oven: Cover with foil in a nonreactive pan and bake 15-40m and remove cover for an additional 5-15m until 165 degrees.
Microwave: Cover casserole placed in a nonreactive pan with paper towel or parchment paper and cook for 3m Regular sized, 5m Large. Leave covered for an additional 2-3m before removing paper with vent facing away from you. We do not recommend this method for XL sized casseroles .
