Our take on the classic Italian dessert, house-made with fresh mascarpone, cream, eggs, and lady fingers infused with espresso from Rare Breed Coffee and rum from Tamworth Distillery.


  • We make our stocks and soup bases from scratch, and all our ingredients are fresh and locally-sourced whenever possible. Sometimes we've captured their essence at the produce's peak of their season, and frozen them until the time was right.  We rely on our own state for most of our foods because that's where food grows best: close to home.
